5.2 Bets placed on 388win are final once confirmed by the platform. 388win does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where explicitly stated in the applicable product rules.
5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error or any other system failure during a betting or gaming session, 388win reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game round, the records held by 388win's systems shall be considered the authoritative record, except in cases of demonstrable system error.

6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. Current limits are published on the 388win platform and may be updated without prior notice.

7.2 Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
7.3 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value. Abuse of promotional offers — including, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and closure of all associated accounts.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on 388win and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent ban and forfeiture of balance:

10.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any 388win content without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of gaming funds, loss of data or interruption of service.
11.2 388win does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 388win's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 388win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, failure to pass KYC verification, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform's integrity.
12.2 Upon termination of your account, any outstanding balance held in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any bonus funds subject to applicable forfeiture conditions.
12.3 You may close your 388win account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. All pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms before closure is completed.
13.1 388win may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of 388win following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.2 If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14.3 Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the 388win platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be referred to the competent authority as determined by the governing jurisdiction.
